As with the "Stonekeep"-Soundtrack I reviewed, if you get a chance to plug these tunes into real synths or samplers, do! They shine all the brighter. The way they change tempo and rhythm, sometimes starting bombastic, then taking four minutes to "fade out", sometimes starting with mere solo instruments, then continuously rising over five minutes to huge, percussive "orchestrations". I seriously think that this soundtrack pushed some boundaries considering the (absolutely limited) quality standards of General MIDI.
